- The item is unused, undamaged, and in the same condition as received.
- The return is initiated within 30 days from the date of purchase.

1.2 Non-Returnable Items: Some items are non-returnable, including:
- Personalized or customized products.

2. Refunds:

2.1 Refund Eligibility: Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Refunds are issued for eligible items only.

2.2 Refund Process: If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 3-5 business days.

2.3 Late or Missing Refunds: If you haven’t received a refund within the specified period, please check your bank account first. If the refund is not reflected, contact your credit card company or bank. It may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

3. Exchanges:

3.1 Product Exchanges: We do not offer direct product exchanges. If you need a different item, please return the original item and place a new order.
